The Bahoudii Defense Force today announced major advances in the communications abilities of the BDF with the purchase of additional radio communications equipment. This purchase encompasses stationary (base) and vehicular (mobile) radio transceivers, antennas, etc. to provide reliable communications between HQ/CMD and all mobile units without the need to rely on third-party carriers. During the briefing, a BDF colonel was overheard to say; “…With this purchase, the BDF is now less than 90 days away from linking together all active-duty BDF members and their vehicles within a 300-mile radius with real-time, secure radio communications…” According to the colonel, the combination of this Radio Communications System, the BDF TM-RO/20100701- Radiotelephone Operations Training Technical Manual, and the recently declassified MS-BIS-7 encryption machine guarantees secure communications for both the BDF and the Kingdom. This announcement comes on the heels of yesterday’s revelation that the BDF will be unveiling a secure data and digital communication site that is internet independent and is equipped with secure, hard-line access for Kingdom citizens in the case of emergency or the loss of the internet as has recently been experienced by citizens of other nation-states. His Majesty was asked about these new announcements during Court and replied; “…It is Our desire that no citizen or subject feel stranded or alone in a crisis. Our hope is to be able to provide a sustainable, stable, reliable means of communication for all of the Kingdom’s citizens that can be maintained without outside assistance. The BDF computer network will guarantee that citizens can access their government, but it will also guarantee a means to communicate by secure private email…” |
